PJP's CSR program extends social security protection to informal workers in Mimika Regency.

As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, PJP is contributing by paying premiums for 200 vulnerable workers, providing them with up to six months of protection. These workers β€” including construction laborers, motorcycle taxi drivers, domestic workers, parking attendants, farmers, and others β€” belong to the informal labor category and are at particular risk while working without social security coverage.

The CSR funds were disbursed during the "Sejahtera Bersama, Apresiasi dan Peningkatan Engagement Bersama BPJS Ketenagakerjaan" event, held on July 18, 2023, at Swiss-Belinn Hotel Timika. The event was witnessed by the Head of the Mimika Regency Department of Manpower, Mr. Paulus Yanengga, SH, M.Si, together with the Head of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mimika Regency, Mr. Rudyanto.
