In the time between the two visits, PJP worked to act on that feedback, proactively implementing changes based on the suggestions raised during the earlier inspection.

The second visit gave PT. Freeport Indonesia the chance to observe the progress made and assess how effective those improvements had been. The inspection team reviewed PJP's adherence to recommended food safety protocols, cleanliness practices, and the quality of the food prepared and served.

The inspection also reflected the growing proficiency of PJP's chefs and staff in buffet preparation and the use of fresh ingredients, along with the team's efforts to deliver a diverse menu of high-quality food.

The professionalism shown by PJP's staff throughout the visit helped reinforce PT. Freeport Indonesia's confidence in PJP's catering services, strengthening the company's position as a primary catering provider in the Timika, Papua region.

The second inspection reflects an ongoing, collaborative relationship between the two companies — one built on continuous improvement and open communication, in service of the workforce PJP supports across the Timika industrial sector.
