Papuan Manpower Development

PT. Pengembangan Jaya Papua, established in 2005, is known for its Labor Supply services that cater to various industries at both local and national levels.

Initially, the company provided workers to PT. Pangansari Utama, a private company of PT. Freeport Indonesia. Over time, this service expanded its operations and now employs 967 skilled workers in lowland and highland areas.

This workforce consists of 202 Papuan individuals and 765 non-Papuan individuals, with 875 males and 92 females, reflecting a commitment to diversity.

The main goal is to create employment opportunities for the younger generation, ensuring quality, integrity, and competitiveness. PT. Pengembangan Jaya Papua strives to provide maximum satisfaction through its services.

To achieve these goals, the company implements the Industrial Relations Strengthening Program:

1. The implementation of a 'Work Performance' control system for employees in the field.
2. The implementation of a "One-Stop Service" procedure for employees.
3. Action plans and resolutions for employment-related issues in accordance with company policies and relevant labor regulations, in order to maintain employee performance stability and fulfill the balanced commitments of users and the company.
