PT. Pengembangan Jaya Papua, established in 2005, is known for its labor supply services, catering to various industries at both local and national levels.
We initially provided workers to PT. Pangansari Utama, a private company of PT. Freeport Indonesia. Over time, this service has expanded and now employs 968 skilled workers across the Lowland and Highland areas of Papua.
Our workforce consists of 202 Papuan and 765 non-Papuan employees, including 875 men and 92 women, reflecting our ongoing commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
Our main goal is to create employment opportunities for the younger generation while ensuring quality, integrity, and competitiveness — and to provide maximum satisfaction through every placement we make.
To achieve these goals, we operate a Strengthened Industrial Relations (IR) Program, built around three pillars: a "Work Performance" control system for field employees, a "One-Stop Service" procedure for employee administration, and clear action plans for resolving employment matters in line with company policy and labor law.
This structure keeps employee performance stable and balances the commitments of both our clients and our workforce, reinforcing PJP's reputation as a reliable, skilled, and dedicated manpower partner.
